These are two simple auditory recordings to promote sleep by working with a drum and bilateral stimulation and the impact they have on the brain and nervous system. This first recording is good for people who feel amped up and have a difficult time settling down to go to sleep. It starts with a faster rhythm that progressively becomes slower. The purpose is to first settle down the nervous system; then to release GABA throughout the brain and body which creates calm, peace, well-being and promotes sleep; and, to finally reinforce a calm, restful nervous system state with the third rhythm to help one drift off to sleep. ©
This second recording is good for those who are already tired and ready for sleep, but their mind won't cooperate and keeps them awake. It is the slowest rhythm and reinforces the rest state of the nerves and nervous system. This will settle the mind and keep the brain and body in that restful state. Just play it softly and listen to the slow beats until you drift...to...sleep...zzzz ©
